Yesterday night i was coming home from my girls house when i got lucky and pulled behind a Modded TL. It said Type S on the back but his tail lights were amber. I was like, freakin poser. I pull next to him when the light goes green and his fat pipes come to life, i was like you wanna run? He said yeah and told me that he was gonna kill me because he had intake, headers, and exhaust adn i told him that i only had intake and exhaust. We went to a spot that i have on the highway and lined up. Both gunned it. My freakin bald a$$ tires just sat there and spun like little piggies. He jumped a half a car ahead and i still had the sack to run by him hard by the end of second. We ran till about 120 and i was up by like 10 cars on him. When we pulled over we talked mods, he had: aem intake, comptech headers, springs, brosal exhaust(axel-back) and thats it. His car was also a 2001 5 speed. My Car has the mods listed below and its a 99. I think my cat back, pully and plugs reall give me that high rpm power, though the pullies give me more torque throughout too. Was a fun run, but at the end the kid still tried to gas me by telling me that 500 2001 TL's were built with type S motors and there were called the TL-P, P for prototype. I just wasnt in the mood for arguing and told him he has a collectors car.

I saw him again, but in the daylight this time. He didnt want to run at all when i lined up with him. Then we were rolling, i was holding first, i heard his fart pipes light up and i just pinned it, broke the baldies loose and ran by him like he put the bltch in reverse. His boy was like yo is that a Type S, i was like nah it's a Type P. I swear he looked at me hard and said to his friend yo their is another one like yours in Yonkers. I freakin died and came back on the spot. He lives by my girl because i see him all the time now around there.
