TL and Comptech exhaust

Got a question for all you people...my friend has a 2001 TL with the Comptech Exhaust. Now all my other friends with the Comptech exhaust on their CL-S sounds much beefier than my friend's TL. Did any of you guys ever by chance compare with a TL-S as far as sound? I'm wondering if their is a difference in sound between the Type S and premium models or a difference as far as sound in the CL or TL.

Nope. We bought them used and they were originally for a CL and the guy who we bought it from...had it shop extended it. Not sure if that could be the cause, but we are thinking it might be the reason.

I think the TL-S has a bigger intake manifold vs. the TL-P.

Is not between the TL/CL is between the type S and non type S. Another thing is headers, they would make your exhaust sound beefier.
