Hello people! It's been long since my last time here.
Lately i've noticed that the car hesitates and revs fall down just like and old carburetted car would do when it's about to run out of fuel...it does this just as it is about to change gears. CEL light indicates codes 0131, 0132, 1456 and 1491. The hesitation goes away if I stomp on the gas pedal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Mine did that to me a few weeks ago, it was my battery that was basically dead, yours could be that or your alternator? or something else electrical.

 

It's is your O2 sensor, and other is evap code, maybe try giving your gas cap few more turn, than see what happen next.

 

What octane fuel do you use?
