Tint Question For MA drivers
Tint Question For MA drivers
Just got pulled over for the 3rd for my 14% tint. Got slapped with another $250 ticket. Since I am not ballin' I think that it is time to get my front windows tinted to 35%. My question is if I get it fixed and I appeal the ticket, what do I need to bring to court and do I need to pay the fine?
Thats pretty tight...I'm right down 95 in Stoneham.
If its a fix-it ticket, you won't have to pay anything. Basically if you don't fix it by your court date, you'll have to pay the fine....if its just a regular ticket, you will have to appeal the ticket and there is a slight chance you may have to pay court fees...but thats up to the judge. I'm about 85% sure I'm correct...I can talk to my buddy though, his dad is a cop.

I'm not in MA, but if you fix it, I'd recommend a receipt from the shop that removed the tint or that re-tinted the car as well as the pics.
