Are you sure it's not lined up? It's hard to tell from the orientation/alignment of that photo.
I thought mine wasn't lined up too....but it was actually an optical effect of lining up my eye properly. After turning the engine a few turns, I used a straight edge to confirm that all 3 marks were lined up and they were all spot on. Although the crank mark didn't appear like it was to my eye.

After turning the engine a few times and checking with a straight edge and its not lined up....take out the belt. You will need to compress the tensioner on a vice very slowly for about 2 minutes to bottom it, then put the pin on it and try again.

Here's a quick video of it, I'm going to use zip ties next time I change my timing belt.

Well.....ask yourself this: do you need timing belt service....is it due soon? If so, do it now and change out all the 5 components for the tbelt service. Otherwise, 1 tooth off is not going to kill ya. It may just waste a bit more gas, if anything....hardly noticeable.

No, that isnt lined up either. Look at the little mark by the teeth of the timing belt. It is one tooth off as well, your belt is where its supposed to be. Line up your crank and the line will line up too.
