How long will it take me to install a cai, if never done it before?

maybe 45 minutes to an hour? Depending on how familiar you are with the resonator and air box setup.

installing my AEM CAI was my first install modification ever. took me 90 minutes.

 

I agree, just follow directions. Pick a nice day, start early, take your time and enjoy the experience. Bond with your TL.
