Does TL Type S has daytime running lights? I read an article which says that the headlights won't turn on automatically. Is it true? Also, do you guys prefer to buy a TL-S with navi or a TL-S without navi but install a aftermarket navi after buying it? I have seen many articles talking about how happy they are after getting their cars with navi. If the navi in the TL-S is like the navi in the BMW which has touch screen audio & AC control, I think more people will buy TLs than BMW.

 

The TL-S does not have daytime running lights, unless it is a Canadian model. However, the TL-S does have an Automatic Lighting Off Feature, which you can read more about in another post (by me), that covers this feature.

I have a TL-S w/Navi, and again, check out another post that covers this topic as well. The Navi system in the TL-S is actually considered to be the best one on the market (OEM). It also has touch screen control, audio, A/C controls, plus more.

A lot of people who purchase the TL-S (CL and TL) get it with Navi, as you cannot add the Acura Navi to your TL-S after the fact.
