Tight on cash, spoiler or system??

my car is leased, and there is only a year left on it. its totally stock, so i think that i shudnt put too much into it, esp stuff i cant take off. im only 17 and i barely have ne $ considering im paying the lease. i have ab $400 to spend... do u think i shud geta decent system with (2) 10s, or get a OEM spoiler and get it painted and installed for free at my internship at Curry (hopefully). spoiler or system with my last 400 hunded'?

Go for the audio system upgrades. You will enjoy
them more. And when your lease is up, you can pull
the audio stuff to either sell or use in your next ride.

P.S. be sure to set up the audio system, with future
removal in mind. Make some quick releases and stuff.
Will make removal a breeze..

I vote for neither. Save your money for new wheels when the present lease is up in a year.

good comments, iwas pretty much leaning on the system. and the only reasoni thought of the spoiler was bc i will b interning at acura andi figured a free installatoin and paintjob on the spoiler ispretty tempting.

alrite,i think illgo for the system. well im tight oncash, but im 17 so im not exactly paying rent, ya know. so the 400 has been savedfor car stuff..... imay save up for wheels, but a system sure is more tempting, esp when i cud put that in my next ride.

system is it.... ne1 know of a cheap, but quality place that does decent installs in westchester?

Jaydef, i emailed you back and you never got back to me. How much do you want to spend on a system. You can go 6.5 full range all around, since you dont want to do anything permanent, and get a solobaric L7 12 or 2 L7 10's or even 1 with a nice amp, and it will knock tight and be very clear not muddy.

How about a good Mutual fund. And next year on your new car get the system and spoiler.

I'd say neither....
but if you were insistent on picking one, the system -- because you can remove that and re-sell/re-use...
so either buy stuff that you know you can re-sell at a decent price or stuff you know you're going to re-use -- otherwise its stupid...

the spoiler is just dumb

JayDef, go w/the system. You can find very good prices on subs on eBay.com. I just found 12" NEW AUDIOBAHN TITANIUMS for $200 a piece. The model is like the ACH15000 or something like that. I suggest anyone who's looking for subs to visit eBay and just do a search on "Audiobahn Titaniums." It also comes w/the original warranty as well.

maybe im too late to say dont buy anything!
save your 400 for something later after your lease
buy another car and spend you four hundred there
or buy something that can be interchangeable
from this car to something else.

A system is interchangable between cars.
