I was wondering how much does the engine cover from the 02 cost.

 

Whats the diff. between the 02 engine cover and the 00-01 engine cover? Pics?

 

You guys are probably going to kill me but I *threw away* my first '02 engine cover. The alarm installers put the hood sensor dead center of the hood and when you closed it, the sensor was slamming on the engine cover, digging the plastic up. So the installer ordered a brand new engine cover. I had no use for the other one (and it did have some obvious gouge marks--about 1" by 1/2" in the center) so I pitched it when the new one came in. Next time I chuck something I'll offer it up on here first.

I have a 99 TL and the engine cover has that rib cage look to it while the 00-01 TL have a smooth top cover.

Yeah i have the ribbed loof as well. I just want to know how much the flat cover will look

 

I still have the engine cover. The alarm installer ordered me a new one because they damaged my old one. I installed the new one and threw away the old one. Too bad, 'cause it would have been good enough for someone to paint (or practice painting).
