Thinking of a new shifter
http://mysite.verizon.net/tads/Shifter1.JPG
Questions about this one:
Anyone have this? Pic?
What side is this pic of? The back?
What the heck is on the other side?
I don't know. The stock shifter ain't cutting it for me. Any opinions on this one? And how easy is it to change? Is it just a hex bolt tightener on the stick, or does one have to take off the shifter plate? Never did this before.
Thanks.

That is the left side of the shift knob. Same thing on the other side.
I had that one only with leather sides on my old Integra. It did not wear well. The leather started peeling on it.
OEM knob just twists off. You really have to put some effort into it to get it off.
