Temp gauge not moving much..

Temp gauge not moving much..

I have a cel wih code 118 an the temp guage takes a while before it shows an increase in temp. Where should I look??

If it takes a while to Read it must be Old... I had the Same Problem tough I didnt have a Code, Replaced the Temp Sensor everythings fine now.

Are you sure is Only Code 118? No Numbers missing? Nothings shows in the Manual.

Yes basically change the Temp Sensor... I doubt you have a bad PCM.

you can go to an autoparts store and get them for around $20USD

I returned the sensor because i unplugged the old one cleaned the contacts and put some dielectric grease. Seem to have worked.
