Tein Coilover Height Question

Just installed a used set of Tein SS on my '02 TL-S last week. I have a trailer hitch rack that I use to carry bikes and wanted a modest drop (~2 1/2 fingers all around) so there would be room for the extra load weight.

It's been a week and the rear left is adjusted almost to the top but has a drop of barely 2 fingers. The rear right is adjusted 3/4 of the coilover thread distance and has a 2 finger drop to match. The front is fairly equal on the threads on both left and right side with a 2 1/2 finger drop.

Does anyone know why the rear left corner would sit so low?
I checked the number on the spring and it matches that on the Tein site.
For all those that are running Tein coilovers that aren't slammed - what is your experience with height adjustment?
What was your highest (in finger gap) setting?

best to make sure the spring is set within its operating range of the threads, they are not made to run anywhere you want!
teins website or heeltoeauto.com have the correct numbers-

To set the car height, You need to measure from a standard point, like the center hub of the wheel or from the ground to the fender
The car doesnt sit level when the shocks are set the same
The corner height WILL affect camber and toe

As for the rear height affecting the extra load with equipment, thats not a problem- you bought the SS shocks
Probably running about 8 of 16 clicks for normal driving, just turn it up 2-3 clicks and that will stiffen the valving-

Note: to adjust the shocks- turn the adjuster right-clockwise gently until it stops
thats 16 of 16= max stiff
now go left-down as many as you want., never to exceed 16 or you damage the shock internal parts.
8 front 8 rear is a good starting point, maybe 6 in the front for softer normal driving-thats what I run on my 01TL

Thanks for the info 01tl4tl.
I have all the dampener settings at 8 and the drive is great. I thought I would be able to raise the rear a little more than 2 fingers (or measured from the ground to the top of the fender = 26 1/8").
And in keeping with a minimal drop I was hoping to avoid having major camber and toe issues and not have to worry about a camber kit.
Tein's site has the max height adjustment range to be -1.07". I forgot to measure before the spring install.
Does anyone know what the stock TL-S height is (on stock wheels)?

teins measurement is taken at the bottem of the shock- from a fixed point on the shock up to the lower lock nut- with a range of 1 inch up from there iirc
