Sway bars, summer max performance tires, and/or switch to Tein SS. I also have H&R Sports, and at times I think they are a little softer than I wish.

The following have the most impact on handling in the order they appear

1. sways
2. shocks
3. springs

there's no point improving handling on the stock tires because they will squeel like a ...u know what....

really, sway bars will help the handling more than springs and shocks? when you say springs and shocks you obviously mean lowering the car and stiffer responce from the shocks, but don't we already have a sway bar in the engine bay? how could an upgrage of that bar really do that much?? or are you talking about a lower sway bar and leaving the stock upper bar???

Reason I am asking is that I would like to improve handling but I thought the first MOD for handling would be lowering the car and that isn't in the price range for the next few months. But if a lower sway bar would really do that much I might reconsider my first handling MOD. thanks for the replys guys!!! greatly appreciated!

I believe they're all refering to the lower sway bars. The one under the hood is a strut brace, not a sway bar. From what I've read here, CT sways give the car a totally different feel.

definitely sways. Coilovers make a HUGE difference as well. I just got the Tein SS installed and it makes a world of a difference. After i swapped my all seasons for my summer wheels, that also changed everything. I think I need a stiffere setting. I need to adjust them...as soon as the weather gets nicer.

actually, lowering springs will make a bigger difference than sway bars. next is grippier tires and then theres sway bars, then there's the upper strut bar. theres also the cusco lower front arm.
