It will probably be tight. I'm looking to get one around June/July and my dealer highly recommended that I put a deposit down so I can get one at that time. So the supply will probably be no where near the demand. Because of that, expect to pay MSRP at least until summer........

I think it's preposterous to suggest that people will pay MSRP for this car!
Why not just get the CL type S? Why not get the BMW 3 series.
If Acura wants to run their customers over to BMW or Infinity or Lexus, just start spreading the word that they will have to start paying MSRP for one of their cars.
No possible way.
By the way, the re-styling of the Type S is a huge mistake. They really goofed on this one.

People were paying MSRP for TLs up until about 6 months ago.

Why not get a CL-S? Because it's a coupe. Why not get a BMW 3-series? Because, similarly equiped, it's MUCH more expensive. An Infinity or Lexus? Because they're sterile.

Ya, we get it already...you don't like the re-skined front end.

People were also paying MSRP on the CL-S for about 4 months (after the launch). After the hype died, prices dropped. Bottom line, if you want one, wait a little. You'll get a good price on it by mid summer or so......

Even at MSRP the TL-S is a great value. Consider what you're getting there... then look at the competition. Less power, fewer features, etc. for more money. It's a no-brainer.

Talking

I think the key to getting a better price than MSRP is on any dealer installed accessories. I am going to try to talk down on the spoiler, under body kit, and tint. I can't wait until March. I hope it does in fact come in March! I like the redesign too. It adds some uniqueness to the car. It will be a big step up from an Integra.

This is really disconcerting.
I'm hoping to buy in late April.
My choices are narrowed to the TL(S) and BMW and Mercedes. Price is a factor.
If the dealer is going to demand sticker, I'm forced to buy BMW or Mercedes it appears.
Acura had the edge on price but it appears that they're going to demand top dollar in a very competetive market.
I never get a break!!!
