ok guys long time lurker first time post..i come out of work and someone has pulled the old smash and grab and took my head unit. my dilema is that my insurance only valued the break in at 450(500 ded.) and they ripped up alot of the plastic taking my radio out. i searched the forums and i cant see any hints on where i can get the housing myself. any advice? any sites for used parts so i can repair it myself? tried ebay and google searched it. can i get the technical name of the stereo housing cuz my searches are coming up not. what should i do?

 

Did you mean that the total loss estimate from your insurance company was $950 and that you're getting $450 because of the $500 deductible? Or was the total loss estimate $450?
