Sticky throttle

Just wondering if anyone has experienced a sticky throttle from a standing start? I have a '99 TL and it seems like my gas pedal needs an extra push to get it out of its initial up position. It's been a real hassel because it makes all of my starts from a full stop quite jerky. Any other TL's out there with a similar problem? My car is still under warranty but is there anything I can do to fix it?

That same thing happens to my Accord V6, especially when the weather is cold. I lubed the springs by the top of the gas pedal, but that's just part of the problem. It seems that something else in between gets stuck as well.
