Steering Wheel shaking

I know that the tls has bad brakes, but this sucks big time. Any of you out there experience this and what did you do about it?
I have brand new tls and when I'm traveling between 60-80 mph and hit the brakes the steering wheels shake like I have warp rotors. Did I get a defected vehicle or all tls does this.

Sounds like warped rotors.
One thing to check is lug nut torque. If you have had the wheels off lately, especially if a shop did them, it's possible they over torqued the lugs. If they used an impact wrench, its a very strong possibility. Retorque them by hand and check again.
Otherwise, either you have been pretty hard on the brakes or are like others who have experienced defective brake pads that overheat the rotors and cause this problem.
If the car has low miles, many times the dealer will fix the problem under warranty. Try them.
Good luck.

If the warpage is not too bad, they may just resurface them, but I'd try to fight to get new ones.
They resurfaced mine, but I didn't make a big deal about it. I kinda wish I did.

Mine is doing the same thing (I now have over 20,000 miles on my TLS). I plan to take it in next week for service.
You may want to search for my previous post (titled "Wobble in my wheel") about a week ago on the same subject.
