help with the drop
help with the drop
i wanna drop my tl-s, but i dont know what to get. i dont want to be bouncing while goin down the street, so what brand do you guys suggest that are stiff, and i dont want to slam it, i just want to cover the gap between the car and the wheels, right now they are stock rims, but i am gettin 18s, also do any of you have pics?

You should perform a search for springs and you will gain a lot of information. A lot of members have put Comptech springs on their cars including myself. It gives you a nice looking drop and a comfortable ride. It doesn't looked slammed by any means, but does have a raked look. I mean it looks a little lower in front than in the rear. Other people also like the H&R springs and say they give a more evened out drop to the car and is also comfortable. You can buy these two as well as other springs from Tim/Snook who is the guy that runs this site. He has excellent prices and customer service. Just click on the links at the top of this web site. A lot of people put pics in their signatures. I don't think you would go wrong with either one, I went for the H&R's for overall even drop and ride quality, don't regret it at all.
