Squealing break

I installed front axxis metal master break pads with resurfaced rotors about 3k miles ago, and front breaks started to squeal. I think there's nothing wrong with break performance but when I break hard, they make a lot of noise during 15~0mph. Does anyone know what the problem is??

Thanks

If you didn't replace the shims at the time the pads were replaced, and/or if you didn't put some anti-squeal compound on the backside of the pads, then it is quite common for brakes to squeal when pressure is applied.

when installing semi metallic or full metallic pads ur going to get some noise...and its not good with the stock rotors...the stock rotors are too soft for the metallic pads...ur going to need to replace ur rotors soon...oem is organic so not much if any noise...
