Hi all,

I'm about to get my H&R sport install. Being calling around at local shop in my area ( olympia, wa)...not a lot of them do it. I finally found a local shop and he wanted $300 for it. Am I getting screwed? Any local wa fellas can recommend a better cheaper place?

$300 is definitely too much! Even the acura dealer in my area will installed them less than that and that is including an alignment. I would look somewhere else.

 

i got mine installed together with the sways for 160. 300 for just the springs is definitely way too much. and for alignment, you can do it at tirediscount local stores for around 40 bucks.

 

Do you need a camber kit with comptech springs?

 

no, i didn't get any camber kits and just installed the springs.

 

I can get springs installed for $80..it's an okay price...not the best deal.

I took rominl to get his springs and sways installed.

 

dude, i posted 160 bucks for springs and sways and now you say 80 bucks for springs.....

and just to clear it up, both ray (eleganttl) and me are talking about the same store

 

damn only thing im not looking forward to is the rear seat removal...i just dont like the fact that some ignorant mechanic is going to remove my seats with his nasty, filthy, grimey hands...Shyne

I'm getting H&R race springs installed today for $240. since i sold the comptechs for $200, i'm dropping my car for $40.
