Thumbs up sprayed out the untinted antenna

finnally got around to spraying it out. came out great and really darkend the inside of the car. didnt look like that much light came in through there but i guess so. too longer than i thought but i really took my time so thats probebly why.

just a few pics. i know the car is dirty i washed it two days ago. gimme a break.

tint does not stick to that....




your only options are to glue the tint to it, looks shitty from the outside.


not tint it

wet sand the matrix off and tint, pain in the ass and you can screw the window up.

or get a black vinyl strip on the outside.

thats the route i went with. looks fine.

The tint on mine did stick to it. They used someting to help fill them in then tinted over.

the guy i used ran a glue stick over the matrix to fill it in.

Mine looks nothing like the pic above. I dont have any pics of it, but i can try to get some in the daytime this weekend

its cool. i was just curious.

at the one meet i went to every one who had tint either didn't have it over the matrix or it was over and looked similar to mine.

i think when it gets tinted it looks like shit. so i got the template from the guy who tinted my TL and sprayed it out with black auto interior spray paint. turned out good. very happy with it.

its done above the defroster and its painted black not tinted so i really cant see out of it anyway. not a big deal.
