Spotted TL

At Westview High School, San Diego

Had a lip kit with a mugen spoiler, white rims
debadged with Type-S Tail lights
Headlights werent cleared

All 2nd gen Taillights are the same. Was this a 3rd gen with TL-S tails?

No, the 99-01 have the yellow top portion, which is the blinker part, and the 02-03 are whited out.
