Spoiler paint?

Hi,

After reading daverman's post regarding the mud flaps eating into the paint, I would like to know if any one has had similar problems with the rear spoiler.

Thanks,

-Tom

Yeah I know what problem Daverman is having. What does that have to do with the spoiler? If you remove it, you're gonna have 4 holes in your trunk lid. That's a lot worse than some scratched paint.

Yep...four holes. Keep in mind....there there is a black foam piece that goes between the spoiler and the trunk. So it won't scratch the paint. I think that's the answer your looking for.

Why is that such a relief? If you remove your spoiler, you'll still have to have the bolt holes filled and the entire trunk lid repainted.

Funny
I don't think I have a foam piece. Is it visible?
