Check interior fuses. If all fuses are good, then something was maybe left unplugged to the gauge cluster. But if your cruise control isn't working, then I'm betting fuses.
Are you saying that the cruise control light is out but the cruise control is working or that the car won't engage the cruise control. If it is the latter it is probably the little peddle pad stopper on the brake peddle assembly. The Cruise Control light on the dash won't come on unless the Cruise Control is engaged.(25 MPH and up). Without that little pad (rubber/plastic), which presses into a hole in the metal bracket and then you have to adjust Item #3 such that the brake lights are off and the cruise control will engage. When the pad corrodes (age) your brake lights will stay on all the time (draining the battery). Sometimes the pad develops an indent and while the brake lights are off the cruise control won't function.
