Great choice!
I don't suppose you'd be interested in helping me purchase blue A-Spec headlights? I will of course cover all the costs including shipping, and I am willing to add a little for your troubles. Many thanks!

I love the A-spec too...There is a leather place here that will do the door inserts and seat panels insets for like $250...
I've thought about doing it in red or silver for some time now...

Would it be possible to paint the headlight blue to match. Because I am going to clear my headlights and while I was in the process I would paint the headlights.

Which paint should I use.

yes it is possible...

if you wanna do it and want it to come out looking as good as possible... i suggest taking it to a body shop that will sand the parts that will be painted and let them paint it. if u look closeley... the primer i used dryed bumpy... i got the sandable primer (which means i was supposed to sand it). so just make sure u do it right and it'll come out looking awesome.

Can I get the NON-Sandable primer if there is one. So I don't have to sand it. If not, what grat of sand paper should I use? How low did it take the paint to dry?

Which paints can withstand the heat of the bulbs?

i think you can... just check the label.. but i think you should sand the chrome anyway and then apply the primer and then paint. as for the grate... get like somethign around 100 and work your way up to about 1000 to get a nice smooth finish. any paint should be fine. i used krylon and it took about 30-45 minutes and i gave it 2 coats.

NICE CAR!

cmb,

Awesome car! Haven't seen an A-spec in person (yet). I'll check it out next time I'm at a dealership. No need to get my car serviced (almost at 36000km though).

I plan on going up to TO June 7-8 w/e ... was planning on a meet (highway 400/7 @ Dave & Buster's). You free that day? I've spoken to a few guys on the A-TL board ... they seem game. It would be cool if new guys showed up.

IMHO, all you need is 20% tint and clear the corners ... your ride would be HOT! (But I heard the TO police are really jerks about tints...)

Hey derrick,

i agree. i got it tinted recently, but stuck with 35% all around. (you can see it in the 3rd and 4th pics., the first 2 pics are before the tint)

thanks for the invite. I'm not sure about my scheduling, but yes, I'd be interested!

email me if and when you guys plan/do something:

I'm in love with all your rides, I saw you on the Prime NSX too...

If I remember right, the TL-S is for your wife, right??

You got all the right color combo that I always wanted: Blue TL, White NSX, Silver S2k......... and a crx for track
