Somewhere in the ballpark of $5279.59. That includes 2 sets of tires, 1 replacement tranny (the other one was covered), 105k service, 1 headlight, drain plug fix (helicoil) and 16 oil changes.

Guess I can't complain too much after 7 years and 107k miles. She's rock solid now (with a lifetime warranty on the tranny) and good to go for at least another 100k.

I dont even wanna think about how much i spent since I bought her but in th last MONTH i spent $3500, I got kinda happy when I seen some of your posts but then realized it was how much most of you guys spent since you bought the car!

About $10,000. It cost me about $3500 just to get the car to run when I got it in 2007 because it sat for over a year.

Two months ago I dropped $760 on the crankshaft pulley and belts. Luckily I was able to do that myself.

lol nothing happened to it...I just joined the forum this month and started seeing all them crazy mods you guys did and bought a bunch of stuff (JDM pieces lip kit etc.) that drove the price up.

Yeah, i don't really care so much about normal wear and tear costs lol I was curious how much you guys drop to make your cars the way they are.

I don't speculate i'll be spending much more on mods. last thing I want/need is a new head unit and MAYBE subs and amp

The pulley was $255 and the belts were $55 so that is $310 right there. Then I bought the fluids, tools needed to replace it, and little shit that goes with it so it added up to $760.

You should of said this in the first post.

Painted bumpers: $450
Painted side skirts: $150
Painted "front lip": $50
Drilled/Slotted rotors: $125 + $220 for install (don't ask) = $345
Painted calipers: $7
Debadge: $5 (cleaning products/adhesive)
Tint: $250 (had it done twice so $120 the first time and $130 the second)
Steering wheel cover: $10
Console: $35
LEDs: About $100
Bumper lights: $55
Tail lights: $250
PIAA bulbs: $110 (turn signals and fogs (the fog bulbs raped me))
Headlight bulbs: $55
Custom grille: $15
Rear armrest "A": Free
Failed mods: lets not talk about it
Cleaning products: A LOT!
Having the joy that it brings to my face when I see my car clean: Priceless

I hope that is enough for you.

Hopefully by next spring I will have some serious additions to the car that are not seen too often on 2.5s

About $250 for tinting last months. No additional mods for me. The Type S was almost perfect from the factory. No use messing with perfection.
