Well, I took the liberty of doing a search for you (it's a good feature, make use of it!!). The first link is a text installation how-to and the second one is a pictorial w/text installation how-to. I bought mine at autotoys.com for about $13 with shipping. Most people seem to have bought them from there as well.....
