If you don't mind me asking, I've been hearing a lot of things about seafoaming, but what is seafoaming????

 

Seafoaming can be a 3 step process. First you nees to purchase Seafoam at an outo parts store. 1. Use 1/3 of the can in the vacuum line. Let the car sit 10 min. Then start it up and rev it. This should clean the carbon build up out of the engine. 2. Put 1/3 can in the crankcase. Drive it around for a bit, then go have the oil changed the same day. 3. Put 1/3 of the can in the gas tank.

Yes, it cleans carbon build up out of the engine, and cleans out the sludge in the crankcase.

 

you dont just rev it if you use the vacuum line method. you have to actually go on a 15-20 minute drive hitting VTEC several times and cruise at about 4000 rpms to burn it all out.

 

before taking some old bad advice, go to the DIY section Seafoam and learn on page 6 the newly tesated and way better intake vac port to use.
1/3 can= ptttttttttttt
use a can in each place and the rewards are there for your investment!

 

do you think it's really better to use a whole can in each department and what else can seafoam be used for i read alot about people putting it in other places in there car

Yes, more Seafoam is better- slower getting it into the engine is better-
read any other thread or the DIY on seafoam for background- or search the net for their homepage. Its good for more things than can be listed on the can size!

The can directions must be read with a microscope to follow correctly, use azine methods and amounts. Well tested and proven- use the vac port at the Throttle Body to get it in the engine best

I paid 57 U.S. dollars to fill up last night- the Seafoam helps me get evey mile out of that money that I can.
Its tune up in a can and much more.
If only I had gotten stock in them years ago, DOH!!!
