Running new Speaker Wire

From dash to doors? Ouch the door grommet is going to be good fun! Good luck with that.
PS only reason to change door wire is to run over +100RMS if you are ampimg lower than that there is no need unless you believe "Expensive Wire makes Better Sound".

Running from dash to door.
I want to run the new wires because the last owner put in some crappy old speakers and the cones are actually mostly rotted away. , but when he/whoever did the installation cut way too much wire, so I really don't have anything to work with to replace the speakers...

So you are not running an amp? then just splice new wires together.. it will be okay.
IMHO fighting with the Door Grommet isnt worth running new wires.

i didnt have a hard time. If you pull one side off the vehicle (like the side that attaches to the A pillar) you can straighten the rubber boot out more and if you have your door panel off you can take a chunk of cloths hanger and slide it thru easy. Tape your wire to it and pull it back thru.

Did the exact same procedure for mine, and a similar one for most of my LED wiring. Learned the hanger trick from an electrician friend of mine and it's done the trick every time I've tried it.

The rear doors are the easiest to do, I didn't even have to use a wire hanger for mine. The front door rubber grommets have like a "S" curve so it can be more of a challenge. (Try and straighten out the "S" curve as much as you can by rolling the rubber back against itself.)
A wire hanger and some Gorilla Duck tape did the trick. (Just don't put so much tape so you don't make the speaker wire even thicker than it already is. There is very limited space.)
