RT Cat + Mid Muffler Delete Vid

Here is a 2 min long vid, I just got my RT Cat installed today.

It sounds really good with the exhaust resonator removed as well:

Oh yeah, turn the bass uppp!

I heard it outside today and I didnt really hear any raspiness, maybe a little (not sure how exactly rasp sounds like), but overall RT cat and a deleted mid muffler made the exhaust growl much deeper.

Yeah its stock exhaust.

I got it from Excelerate, who is one of our vendors. Go check out the Group Buy page and look for Random Tech. Cat.

I have a question ... how well does the car interior isolate sound at highway speeds? A lot of times, the droning of the exhaust at 2-3k can get really tiring on modified cars. If you're at 5k+ rpms ... that's what you want but at normal cruising ... that's what I would be interested to hear your opinion on that.

I thought the sound of the TL-S stock was just fine for what the car is. It was a Jeckyl / Hyde car -- calm and modest at normal operation but it can sound bad ass when you rev it up.

My current car in stock form... starting it up can sometimes startle the neighbours. (What can I say ... I live near the elderly ... )

I spent a good hr commuting to and from school today on the hwy and I cant really hear the exhaust at all at 2k-3k rpms. This is with the radio off for the first 10 mins.

Im planning to get the Tsudo Axlebacks next yr to make it sound a bit throatier.

I will give a link to a sound clip of mine, I think it is posted somewhere, but not of excellent quality. That will give you an idea of the "rasp"
