Smile Rotora and Green Stuff are on

I decided change my rotors and pads since Sunday was a such a nice day here in MA. I got Rotora rotors paired with EBS Green Stuff pads. The whole thing took me about 2-2.5 hours. No mayor problems what so ever. I also got some anti squeal paste in the can from local part store to put on the back side of pads. After, I took my car for some test and initial bedding. So far so good- no squeaking no funny noises at all .
After 50 miles and tones of rain a noticed that on front of rotors I got some rusting going on (on the bottom of rotor. I'll try clean this with some brakes cleaner)
