Reverse lights...how the hell?

So I took a quick look in the trunk of my 03 TL to see what kindof work it would take to replace the reverse lights over to LEDs. I left my Haynes manual at home and we don't have THAT one in stock. So basically I wanna know...do I have to remove the liner to do this or what? It was just a quick look before I clocked on, it was something I was gonna do after work in the parking lot.

When I was doing the bulbs on my rear lights I had to pull some of the trunk liner back to get access. This was before I obtained the manual, so I'm not sure if this is the "right" way to do it, but it was smooth sailing and went back on easier than it came off.
There's some screws or those plastic tabs that you've gotta pop off. Some on the center, where the lid latches, and a few on the sides near the compartments.

Yes, you will have to pull some of those tabs out. Also, the cargo net posts unscrew to allow the liner to peel back. You just need to get it back far enough to reach your hand into there. It's not a big deal.
