Replacing dome light question

The ebony interior is pretty dark at night even when we open the door with the dome light ON only.

Can we replace the dome light bulb for a higher clearer wattage bulbs? If yes, how do we take out the dome cover?

Look under the accessories... the bulbs are there. Though a question for the rest of you who read this post... I looked at order 3 pairs of bulbs, the dome/door/trunk lights. But with how it is set up, it was gonna charge $21.00!!!! for shipping. That's ridiculous. Anyway to have the shipping "combined" if you buy off of this site?

the wattage states the same for whatever bulb it will fit & even dimmer if changed to white bulb (those w/ blue coating)
