Welcome to Acurazine
if you do a search for the word debadge, a ton of posts will come up. Hairdryers, dental floss, parking in the sun, yanking it off with your finger tips, etc all followed by goo gone to remove residue, and polish to make fading less noticeable. They all seem to work just fine.
