Question Removing A Pillar

Since I don't have a shop manual and don't want to screw up my interior of my TLS, I would like someone to confirm that the "A" Pillar cover simply pops/snaps off. It looks like there is not enough clearance at the bottom where it meets the dashboard, so I assume the top of the cover comes off first, then you pull up a little to remove the bottom portion. Are there any special tools, or do you just grab and pull?

I searched the archive and found one message stating it pops off, but I just want to make sure before I go off and break something. I am installing a direct wire for the Passport 8500 this weekend. Thanks!

Yup it just pops off. I was able to run the wire without taking it out completely. Start at the top and pull it away. You should be able to run the wire behind it without taking it completely off.
