Removing Cat-bolts

Any suggestions on how to remove the bolts on the Cat? I've jacked the car up, but i cant get it high enough to use my "cheat-stick" effectively.

Dont use the cheat stick. get a good 1/2 ratchet or box wrench. Buy a shorter pipe

A lot of PB Blaster/WD40, and an impact wrench would be the best. If no impact tools are available, then breaker bar.
