I'm thinking about installation a remote starter (using the factory remote.) Any good installer recommendations in the Boston / metro-west area? Also any bad ones to watch out?

I had my alarm/remote done at a Tweeter in Western MA and was very happy with their work. Best thing to do is go into a place and talk with the actual install guys (not just the salesperson behind the counter). Ask them about the car, see if they've done Acuras before, etc. If they sound knowledgeable and have an established business backing them up, you'll probably be good.
