regarding led mirrors
I bought them from http://www.blitzwheels.com . They are designed for a 1998-2001 Honda Accord coupe, but they fit the TL with minor mods. I love these mirrors, they look awesome linked to the turn signals. You can also link them to your parking lights but I wanted the factory(blink only when signaling) look which looks similar to a Mercedes-Benz, especially at night
When I ordered them, I specified for a 2000 Accord 2DR. These mirrors are powered but not heated, but I live in a small city in S.C. and never use the heat function. Also, these mirrors do not fold in, so you have to take that in account. The rear view is not as good but it is sufficient and the blue-tinted glass is really cool, especially at night. It looks like everyone behind you has Xenon/HID lights, just dimmer. They look very factory on my car(silver with kit/wing/30%smoke-tint) and get major attention! After you guys see them, you will know what I mean. Well, that was long winded enough, LOL, I will post pics as very soon. Hope this helps you

Sorry Nate, I will have a digi-cam this weekend to take the pics............and I guarantee, you will want them unless you have a new TL-s like JPTLS21, in that case, I wouldn't give up those mirrors. Losing heat, fold AND auto-tilt passenger mirror would really be a sacrifice but otherwise, the mirrors are hot and sort of compliment the car if you are going for a sportier look.

I like the Led mirrors however I love the auto tilt pass mirror in reverse. It actually does help me park better. I assume this feature along with heat is lost.

Yes, there are more ways to convert your mirrors. The M3 mirrors on my car are temporary. I am going to buy a set of Mercedes S-class lights and have them customized into the factory mirror assembly. I think that will look a lot better than these M3 mirrors since they are noticeably smaller in terms of rearward vision and plus, the factory funtions(heat, and auto-tilt for some of you) are retained. I should have this done by next month.........Plus........the Benz conversion will allow the signal to be seen by people behind you unlike most of the M3 mirrors out there where only opposing traffic sees the light...........
........there is also a mirror for the 98-02 Accord (coupe/sedan?) available with a blinking L.E.D. chevron like the first Expeditions/Navigators but I don't think they are heated and Im not sure if they would fit but I think it would be possible to have them converted and retain the heat function........the only downside is that it blinks RED and contrasts with the rear amber signals...........finally, www.kwmuth.com has a universal amber signal mirror that I recommend for everybody............I have them on another car and they look nice and get noticed............
Well, I have elaborated enough and as you guys can tell, I am really into this mirror thing
, ...............IMHO, I THINK THE PERFECT SIDE MIRROR WOULD HAVE ALL OF THESE FEATURES
1. POWER OPERATION<standard
2. HEAT<standard...00^
3. AUTO-TILT DOWN PASSENGER (when in reverse)<available
4. UNDERSIDE APPROACH LAMPS(AKA. "puddle lamps") activated
by unlocking doors
5. DUAL-MEMORY SETTINGS
6. INTEGRATED L.E.D. TURN SIGNALS(visable from front, side,
and rear)
7. POWER FOLD-IN(for tight parking/alleys esp. for you NY guys)
8. AUTOMATIC-DIMMING ANTI-GLARE BLUE GLASS(for those
bright lights behind you at night
9. ENGINEERED FOR BLIND SPOTS
ACURA, ARE YOU LISTENING, LOL...................NAH, DON'T MAKE THEM YET, FIRST, YOU GUYS NEED TO GET THESE DAMN TRANSMISSIONS FIXED...........BECAUSE I FEEL FOR EVERY GUY THAT HAS LOST HIS TRANNY...........WE BUY THIS VEHICLE WITH THE PERCEPTION OF JAPANESE QUALITY BUT I HAD A MERCURY WITH LESS RATTLES THAN THIS CAR........
ANYWHO............I LOVE TO RUN MY MOUTH AND GET SHYT OFF MY CHEST LOL.......................EVEN IF ACURA MAKES THAT MIRROR, I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANOTHER UNTIL THEY GET THE QUALITY ON POINT..............
Enough said.........lol

I just want to let you know I’ve tried to do the Benz mirror mod a few times and I’m trying now again but its just too expensive for mirrors. The CLK blinkers use bulbs and cost about $30 each but they’re isn’t any room to mount them inside the mirrors. I tried to have that done already and the only way to do it was to mold a new mirror shell with enough room and that was about $900 without paint. The S-Class ones are about $200 each and are even bigger than the CLK’s. The only ones that can probably fit without having a new mirror shell molded is the E-Class blinkers. I just got off the phone with MB and they said they cost $175 each. So $360 for blinkers, at least $100 to install (if they do fit), and $150 for paint, thats about $600. A lot of money for blinkers and thats sticking with the amber LEDs that are in there already. I would want to replace those with superwhite LEDs. Now I'm thinking about buying a set of cheap non powered M3 style mirrors with LED blinkers and taking the blinker from there and having that flush mounted in my stock mirrors but I'm worried about the quality of them. I dont want them fiberglassed in and stop working on me.
