A couple quotes from the TL-S review:
The sporty TL variant sprints to 60 in 6.2 seconds, to 100 in 16 seconds, and hustles through the quarter-mile lights in 14.8 seconds at 90 m.p.h.
Its 0-60 time, for example, trails the BMW 330i by just the merest wink of an eye, and it's about a half-second quicker than the BMW to 100 m.p.h.
BMW's 3-Series sedans still rule this class in terms of style, panache, agility and the option of manual transmissions.
But the Type S closes the performance gap. And if you add value to the equation, the Acura wins hands down.

 

I don't think 330i auto is faster than TLS though.

 

I hate 330i's.

They're stupid.

330's are beautiful (ur just in denial)... just sat in a shiny black 330 convertible yesterday. man... if it had just 2 inches more in each direction just for the driver... awww... getting all sad now... great car... but just too small... damn them... make it bigger BMW! but i guess i'm on the wrong forum for that

Yes, that's a Canadian color option: I've test driven one and am taking delivery of mine in this color next week!
