Receeding Front Windshield Gasket
I noticed the rubber gasket around the front windshield, right about where the channel in the roofline meets it is receeding to the point where it looks like water is gonna penetrate.
Has anyone seen this one? I think it should be warranty??

What year is your car and what do you mean by receding?
I have a 2002 TL-S and the window rubber on the drivers side, top corner has a tendency to roll under. I just roll it flat every now and again. Honestly, I'm not sure if that outer seal is actually watertight anyway. It goes right over those plastic filler strips on the outer edges of the roofline.
Is yours actually shrinking?

Ive had that receding rubber strip on the drivers side, that is basically purely asthetic, since it provides no real seal...it is the urethane that is used to mount the windshields in place that provides the real seal...so watertight wise, dont worry about it...Ive recently had my windshield replaced because of a long crack on the windshield and had to have the rubber molding replaced and now it doesnt do that anymore, dont worry about it...
