i wanna get the bright white turning indicators for my rear light assembly(tail lights), like the euro lights..i've seen other Tl's , i think there's a orange/amber covering that i just have to take out and put in a bright white bulb...






i just want the turing indicator to be white or the color of the bulb not the generic orance/amber hue i will get due to the small orange box that covers the bulb inside the assembly.

 

try 02-03 tailights

 

whatever you do, don't get LED bulb for the turn signal.
I got mine for my bike a year ago (with the load ressistor).
It blink fine for a few month and after that always blink really fast.

 

wouldnt it be very difficult to see a white led turn signal during the day? some states require it be amber if im not mistaken. keep us posted, i wanna see how this looks

 

You cant remove teh amber in your tail light. You have to buy the 02-03 style. And white blinkers area

 

You will get tickets for that.

 

If you manage to not get a ticket, they will nail you come inspection time.

i live in the suburbs and don't really get tickets...but if it'll make me stand outa the crowd then i'm definitely not doing it...already got more then enought points on my DL...:-/

 

white turn signals r not illegal in MD/VA/DC...& in MD u only go thru inspection once when u buy ur car...other than that no inspections

 

since you already have the 02-03 tails, you just need to get the chrome amber bulbs that people are using in their cleared headlights. they are chrome so the tail light housing will look clear during the day, but will still light up amber so you won't have any trouble with the law.
