you can adapt with a few hours work- some accord fog lights into the place for them on the lower grill/bumper
Or you can get some good aftermarket and clip them into the lower grill or mount in the hole
I prefer grill mount so I can use the fog light opening to get more air to the intake box

If you want the stock look, with the fogs in the corner pockets, go with 01-03 Civic fogs or 6th gen Accord fogs. There was a VERY similar post to this not too long ago, just look for it to get the links to the DIY pages. They can also be found in the stickied DIY thread.
If you don't want them in the pockets, the possibilities are virtually endless, just get ones that fit.
