Why would you want folding seats when you have the HUGE ski pass through thingy behind the armrest.

Yeah my sister's freaking '96 civic coupe has folding seats! I've actually used her car when I had to go pickup something from a hardware store that didn't fit in my trunk!

I'm with him on this one. Chances are, if you are hauling a lot of crap that you need to fold the rear seat of your TL, then you probably didn't buy the right car to accomedate things in your life. The only thing I can think of that you would want to haul is ski's, and that's why the little trap door from the trunk to the cargo is put there, to fit ski's and poles.

Other than that, don't be carrying shit in your TL. You're asking for a disaster.

umm.. my snowboard doesnt go through the trap door behind the armrest. i had to put it wrapped in a blanket on a slant on top of my rear seats for the whole ride. for about 2 and a half hours i had to listen to the damn board rattling against the side panel of the door. it really sucked. not just that it left a scratch mark on the rear side panel door (the wood part).

I'm with sc354, who is, in turn, tkenoking. It sounds as if the car doesn't fit the lifestyle. Or you could buy a roof rack for your board, and remove it in the summer? I don't sweat that the TL doesn't have folding seats since we also have a Expedition.
