Any say on that rear bumper? Any1 got a place to get that. I asked the manufacturers and they are asking $450 plus shipping non-painted. I was like WTF.

 

^^ yeah thats the sarona body kit. i wouldnt get that if i was you, for a few reason, personally i think the car looks . Second, if later in the future you try to sell the car it would be VERY tough to find someone looking to get a car with that body kit, and willing to pay the extra cash for it as well, i know it from experiance my coz tried to sell his Legend for 5 months and no one bought it coz it had a custom body kit on it. Third, the price, you can get a cheaper, and better looking OEM kit on your car, lower the car and the car would look 100 times better than this one.

nah for real though bro keep the TL clean, dont rice out wit the sarona back, i was gonna do the same thing then waited a while and then thought to my self i will kick my self in the ass if i get this thing,IMO, plus i saw it on a TL and wow the thing was ugly. Stick wit OEM. Won't regret it.


just buy the wings west back, the exhausts fit perfect

Yungin...if you like that body kit, go for it. To each their own, it's not my taste. I don't think that you will find it any cheaper, and not alot of people on this forum like it so you will probably have a hard time finding any info here. All I could say was check eBay, and also you might want to see it on a TL in person before you but it. Good luck.

actually, there are TWO rear kits from sarona that fit all '99-'03 TLs.

they look similar, but if you look closely, you can see the differences.

eitherway they are both ugly as fuck... at least to me. i have seen only 1 TL with the sarona rear (the one in the 2nd pic i posted above). the dude posted pics in the galler a while ago but i dont remember his username so i cant find it.

 

man.. i thought the ww kit and the oem kit was too much. personally, i dont like body kits at all. im just gonna drop my car and keep it clean. most likely just get a mugen spoiler. or any other lip spoilers.

but when i saw that pic of the sarona kit, now that is overkill. its a TL not a civic that's gonna be on the next fast and the furious series.

 

Why don’t people realize that body kits add drag to their cars? Correct me if I’m wrong, but a stock TL with no body kit and lowered has very low drag and will slice through the wind. Putting a body kit like this is like adding a small sail to your car.

 

because the bodykits are for show, not go! people get them to change the look, not to increase/decrease performance.

 

At least for the 3rd gen TL, the Acura bodykit actually reduces drag

 

if YOU like it then get it.......I kinda like it but that is not the look that I am going for with my car. I also think it depends on what else is done to your car........Meaning I would not do it unless your car has rims...is lowered....shit like that.........DO NOT put that kit on your car if it is rollin stock!!!
