the accord rear brake daimeter is 10.2" and the tl's are 11.1" I think the aem is 12".
There was an old post with someone using an accord with spoon front brake upgrade on a tl and it showed that a custom bracket/spacer was needed to make the conversion work right. If the rear of the accord is a disc/rotor type like the tl's you can probably just use a accord caliper bracket or a custom spacer to get it to work on a tl.

I just proved the accord fellow, the Spoon Caliper does fit the V6 Accords. and a friend just installed s2000 Caliper over a CL-S .
