anybody getting a rattle from the panel when it is open? I'm not talking about the sunroof itself, but the door panel underneath it. when that panel is back, i hear this rattle, but is gone when i close it. is anybody else experiencing this?

Yes, this is a VERY common problem with this car. Simply bring the car into your dealer and they'll be able to fix it for you. They put a layer of "cushioning" tape around the sunroof opening as well as lubricating it... the whole process should not take any longer then 15 min.
