Unhappy rain coming in thru windows

im sure everyone has the problem where you get into your car... your car has been sitting in the rain... you start your engine, open your windows (because its not raining anymore) and you speed off and the water comes dripping down from the top of the car.. any ways to stop this without getting ugly rainguards?

yeah, that happens to me ALL the time, you'd think i'd be smart enough to stop rolling down my window but i forget about it, also.. what about the sunroof when you open it after a nice rain.. and a nice puddle had formed right infront of that seal, then you stop at a stop sign and all that water comes flowing in ontop of you, your passenger and the center console.. not to mention its at the right angle to go right down the back of your shirt.. gotta love that

I would never open the sunroof after it rains.

LOL

That's the first complaint I had about my new Acura last year. Like a sucker, it has happened to me a ton of times. A bit of rain over-night, a nice sunny morning, I crack open the sunroof, power down the windows, get settled in, tune to my station, sip some coffee, and pull out of the driveway...... as soon as I turn onto the street, BAM.. water comes pouring down the side of the door, I'm like WTF!!! spill my coffee, grab some napkins and start wiping down the doors and yell DAMN YOU ACURA!!!!! DAMN YOU ACURA!!!! Then I calm down and go to work.

oh yea i know the feeling... graduation day... i had my car for about 2 days... it had rained and when we were leaving... i opened up my window, the sun roof... and i was pulling out when my car got stuck... apparently... the black plastic cover under the engine had gotten stuck to the cement thingy where u park... and i had ripped it off almost completely. so i got pissed... reversed a little to fast.... and it felt like it was raining all of a sudden.... the WHOLE inside of my car was full of water. so then i got my nice expenisve shirt and dried it all off... but i was still pissed about the plastic cover... btw does anyone know if that is covered by the warranty? my car is dropped from the dealer. so its under warranty.

You can keep your windows close or get the "ugly" rainguards, but I've found THIS . They don't that "ugly" and it doesn't need glue or double side tape, so you can always take them off if you don't like them.
