Radio isn't take code!

Well, i just got my car back from the body shop, and they reset my radio. But for some reason, the code I have (which ive used before) isnt working. Is there any reason this could happen? Man this car is just driving me nuts.

You might have to pull the antenna out of the back of the radio. Search the forum for more details.

keep the antenna out while your punching in the code. After it recognizes it, plug it back in.

Hmm, it took 3 reset but then finally took the code (30 tries!). WOW, this car is freaking possessed.

I'm currently having the same problem.

My ipod cable caused my radio to lock up.
Input code, wasn't working.
When I changed my headlights, my battery was unplugged for quite some time
Input code after putting everything back from changing headlights
Radio works

Radio randomly locked again (I suspect due to ipod cable again...wish I understood what everyone meant by saying to use the blitzsafe)
Tried code, won't work again.

Really crappy experience which is making my ipod cable experience even worse.

Which ipod adapter/cable are you using?

It's not very good at all. I wanted to play with the features, but in the end it is not worth the hassle I have been going through. Next time I will listen to what everyone says as they are saying it for a reason.

I had the exact same issue and all I did was removed the radio fuse from the passenger side fuse box and then enter in the code.

I will try that when I get home from work, thanks!

Uh, almost forgot. I don't have a manual, would you happen to know which one it is? Otherwise I hope I have a listing in the fuse box.

Sometimes you have no choice but to pull the radio antenna, like what happen to me. Since everything else didn't work.
