Radiator Fan Noise

I was wondering if any one else has had this problem. I noticed today my radiator fan makes a whining noise when starting and shutting off. I opened my hook and see that the fan shakes back and fourth about a half inch. I havent driven the car since i noticed this. Is this bad? Can i damage something from driving? Only makes noise when its at a low speed starting up for shutting. When cars started the fan makes no noise. Is it a easy fix? Thanks in advance.

pull the fan assembly and check the blades on tight
If thats ok- check shaft looseness from wearout causing excess movement

Deep Creep thru the opening into the fan motor~ no kidding
its an electrical contact cleaner and water displacer like wd, plus leaves a protective type of oil behind (per their website on those facts)

the bearing is sealed iirc
