Angry Radiator crack

After spending 140 on a new battery and saving for my AV6 my radiator decided to crack.. I'm convinced my car hates me... Anyway I'm getting a Denso off Rock Auto for $60.. Question is I see people mention having to bleed the system after replacement?

I don't have the fancy no spill funnel or intended on buying it because I don't have much going budget wise. Can I do the same drain and fill procedure to get the air out or do I bring the car up to temp and with gloves squeeze on the hoses till the coolant drops below the the neck and top off while idling?

I'm getting a bit annoyed because as I planned for struts ,the tranny code came, as I planned that ,had to get tires, oil changed and coolant drain/fill done... And my purge solenoid is ticking too,,

I'm cuurently in the process of chaning the radiator in my TL... Looking in the repair manual it says to change the O ring on fan switch C.... Is it necessary ? And if so does anyone know the size?

Looks like the size might be 13.5X1.2. Look for it in "related parts" on the link below.

O-ring 91307-PZ3-000

It's worth a try if you can't wait.

Yes, millimeters. 91307-PZ3-000 is a Honda number so if you can't find a 13.5X1.2 O-ring at the hardware store try hitting up your local Honda parts dept.

My guess is the O-ring that came with the new radiator will work just fine.
